Job Overview

We are looking for a Vending Machine Operations Specialist to join our Retail Business team. This role focuses on managing the local operations of our vending machines (RoboShop) and ensuring all performance targets are met. You will also play a key role in stocking products and enhancing the customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of Robo Shops, ensuring product restocking, sanitation, and customer satisfaction to drive performance.
• Assist with warehouse operations, managing product inventory, allocation, and storage logistics.
• Support the development manager with lease processes and maintenance of Robo Shop related documents.
• Provide assistance to store sales efforts in the NYC area as needed.
• Perform other related duties or projects as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

• High School Diploma or G.E.D., or at least 6 months of retail or related experience.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Flexible availability, including nights, evenings, and weekends.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is advantageous.
• Transportation is essential for this role, as it involves commuting.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift).
• Able to bend, kneel, reach, and climb safely.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks, such as unpacking and stocking products.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment involving quick movements and multitasking.
• Willing to work in varying temperature conditions, including stock and storage areas.
• Manual dexterity to operate standard stockroom tools (e.g., box cutters).
