Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our property'svision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience.
Responsibilities
• Balance cash at the end of each shift and generate reports for the next shift.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately
• Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person, including groups
• Operate the hotel switchboard, answer inquiries, and transfer calls as needed.
• Answer queries regarding the hotel's services, charges, dining facilities, sports facilities, and travel directions
Qualifications
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required-we welcome applicants at all experience levels.
• Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
