Front Office Supervisor

Our Front Office Supervisor will perform duties in conjunction with, and in the absence of the Health Center Director (HCD). They will provide oversight of all front office staff to ensure the smooth operations of the clinic through coordination and performance of office responsibilities and other related duties. Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting the Health Center Director with recruitment, new hire, quarterly and annual development reviews for all front office positions; engaging the front office in team building; assisting with policy and procedures interpretation; a complete understanding of insurance verification, accurate patient data collection, and explanation of patient benefits.

Minimum 3 years working in a medical office required. Minimum two years in a lead or supervisory role preferred
