The Vendor Outreach Specialist - WNC position performs inquiries directed towards our clients' vendors and the vendors' responses. When the response includes a statement, it is forwarded into SpendMend's software that handles the statement review.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Log into multiple systems daily to check for inbound statements
• Research in SpendMend software to determine how to handle inbound email.
• Handle email accordingly to maintain vendor relationships.
• Update SpendMend software and tracking based on your work.
• To communicate your results and any additional issues to your supervisor.
• To perform additional clerical duties within the Shared Services Department.
• Travel: None required for regular work.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence, and memos.
• Must have the ability to write simple correspondence.
• Must have the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Job Location:

• This is a remote job with travel once per year for the annual company meeting.
