Job Details

I'm partnering with General Contractor seeking an experienced Construction / Project Scheduler to support diverse projects including public works, commercial, multi-family, schools, and airport builds.

-Onsite | Office + Jobsite presence

-Relocation assistance available

You'll:

• Own and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project

• Support ~15 Superintendents across multiple active projects

• Identify risks and drive schedule mitigation strategies

• Partner closely with Operations leadership

• Assist with bids and preconstruction planning

Must Have:

• 5–10 years construction scheduling / project controls experience

• Strong Microsoft Project expertise

• Multi-project & field coordination experience

• Primavera P6 experience

This team is collaborative, operations-driven, and hands-on. They need a strong scheduler who can handle complexity, interact with the field, and bring deeper expertise across varied project types.
