As a key member of our sales-driven team, we are seeking dynamic and creative individuals ready to engage with customers in their assigned areas, connect with decision-makers, and drive sales. In this role, you will help ensure that products are readily available for consumers at retail locations by addressing merchandising needs and becoming an ambassador for renowned brands. Your responsibilities will include providing in-store merchandising support, building displays and end caps, reorganizing shelves with product rotation, and monitoring inventory levels to maximize sales opportunities for both store and supplier.

Now, about you:

• You are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You are at least 18 years old
• You can perform physical tasks, including moving, bending, and standing, and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• You have reliable transportation to and from your work location
• You demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• You can boost sales through promotional activities by selling, building displays, and executing plan-o-gram adjustments, as well as suggesting and completing orders for new and out-of-stock items
• You are a motivated self-starter with a clear focus on action and results
• You can work independently while also contributing positively to team efforts
• You can perform your job duties with a strong safety-first mindset in a retail environment
