Position Summary: Join our dynamic team as an Operations Shift Leader, where you will oversee and enhance our service and product quality while leading a passionate crew.

Essential Job Duties:

• Supervise and perform various station duties - including fountain & frozen, food prep, grill, and drive-thru (if applicable) to uphold operational excellence.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new employees to ensure they meet our performance standards.
• Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures consistently.
• Oversee and execute regular cleaning and sanitation tasks, maintaining a pristine environment that meets health and safety regulations.
• Maintain regular attendance to support the team's operational needs.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

• Lead engaging shift meetings to motivate and inform the team.
• Address and escalate customer or employee concerns to the Manager on Duty.
• Move and stock food items weighing up to 50 pounds efficiently.
• Undertake other job-related tasks as assigned to support team objectives.

Time/Shift Expectations: Minimum of 30 hours per week; flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• Strong understanding of restaurant or retail operations.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively.
• Skills in multitasking, decision-making, leadership, time management, and conflict resolution.

Work Environment: Expect a lively work setting with continuous standing, bending, reaching, and lifting; experience varying degrees of heat, cold, and physical tasks common in a restaurant environment.
