We're looking for a detail-driven Cycle Counter who takes pride in accuracy and wants to be part of a high-performing warehouse team. If you're experienced with RF scanning, powered industrial equipment, and inventory control and you enjoy solving discrepancies this is the role for you.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory integrity and supporting operational efficiency across the facility.

This position is responsible for the safe operation of forklift & reach lift trucks, used to move, locate, relocate, stack and count materials and products, components and finished goods inventory, ground and elevated levels in the warehouse, shipping, and production areas. This function serves as both a measure and corrective action maintaining high inventory record accuracy (99%).

What You'll Do

• Perform daily cycle counts using our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Use RF scanners to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Investigate and locate missing inventory ("search & rescue")
• Verify Handling Unit (HU) quantities and batch information
• Rotate and consolidate product to maximize storage efficiency
• Operate forklifts, reach lifts, and/or stock pickers as needed
• Complete daily equipment inspections and maintain safety standards
• Work in multi-temperature environments (-10F to 90F)
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, organized warehouse
