Verify SCRA checks have been completed within guidelines prior to the auction sale. Review vehicle conditions and set auction floor price. Review & approve vehicle reconditioning based on condition. Access and update various 3rd party recovery/auction portals. Review, accept, and counter bids received on vehicles at auction. Update loan management system with all relevant auction and sale information. Record all transactions and customer notes within the collections system. Coordinate auction sale dates with 3rd party auctions and update loan management system. Other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications. Strong attention to detail. Sense of urgency. Excellent communication. PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)Basic knowledge of asset recovery process. Previous vehicle remarketing experience preferred.
