We are seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to provide exceptional service to our high-net-worth client base and support our advisors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Schwab Account Operations - Provide ongoing client service support including Account Opening, Transfers, Move Money, Account Maintenance, and other account update requests.
Client Onboarding & Support - As a fast-growing RIA, we are continually onboarding new clients. In this role you will welcome new clients to CAM, get them set up in our systems, and assist with account opening and transfers.
Client Data & Documents - Organize client files and folders (Box), assist with client review preparation and follow-up templates, update client data in spreadsheets, planning software (MoneyGuide Pro), and our CRM (Wealthbox), etc.
Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up - Work closely with our Lead Planners to assist in the preparation of meeting templates and agendas, and ensuring all action items from meetings are handled in a timely manner.
"MUST HAVE" QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
Bachelor's degree and 3-5+ years as a Client Service Associate, OR
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and 10+ years as a Client Service Associate (in lieu of a degree)
1+ years working with Schwab Advisor Center (or comparable custodian)
Experience maintaining client information in a CRM
Communication and Culture
Very clear communicator (verbal and written)
Very strong client orientation with exceptional attention to detail
Well organized and respectful of client service standards (deadlines)
Willing to learn and comfortable saying "I don't know" or "I need help"
