Own the configuration, integration, and production support of Encompass and ICE TPO Connect for the Delegated Correspondent channel. You'll translate business rules into Encompass/EPC configuration, stand up delegated delivery workflows (MISMO 3.4, stacking orders, purchase review), and support go-live/hypercare for partners, funding, and QC teams.* TPO Connect & Encompass Configuration* Configure TPO Connect: branding, delegated partner roles, access policies, delivery workflows, doc intake.* Build Encompass artifacts: personas/roles, input forms, custom fields, field calcs, business rules, milestones & milestone tasks, condition sets, pipeline views, print sets.* Map MISMO 3.4 data and document stacking orders for delegated delivery; create delivery packages.* Delegated Purchase Review Enablement* Stand up Purchase Review pipelines, deficiency/condition taxonomies, purchase advice generation, and warehouse payoff notifications.* Align investor overlays, product eligibility, and status orchestration between TPO Connect ⇄ Encompass.* Integrations & Automation* Coordinate PPE (Optimal Blue) pricing/eligibility calls; set AUS (DU/LPA) trigger logic.* Enable ICE Mortgage Analyzers/Document Manager, eClose/eVault, SSO/IdP, SFTP/API jobs, and Data Connect extracts.* Testing, Go-Live & Hypercare* Build test cases; execute SIT/UAT; fix mapping/defects quickly.* Run cutover checklists; monitor queues, jobs, and partner traffic post-go-live; drive root-cause analysis.* Runbooks & Support* Create SOPs, admin runbooks, partner onboarding guides, and KB articles.* Provide Tier-2/Tier-3 support; manage change requests through CAB.====* 6-10 years in mortgage tech with 4+ years Encompass Admin (EPC/Persona/Business Rules heavy).* Hands-on TPO Connect setup and at least 1-2 delegated correspondent implementations (delivery → purchase → funding).* Deep knowledge of: MISMO 3.4, doc stacking, investor delivery, purchase advice, warehouse funding/payoff, post-purchase QC.* Proven experience with Optimal Blue, DU/LPA, ICE Analyzers/Document Manager, eClose/eVault, Data Connect, and SSO/IdP.* Strong SQL/Excel skills for data validation; comfort with APIs/SFTP jobs and Encompass reporting/pipeline tuning.* Excellent requirements grooming, defect triage, and stakeholder communication.
