Additional Position Details: FTE: 1.0 | Full Time | Primarily Mon - Fri / 8AM - 5PM

Candidates at either the Associate Imaging Informatics Specialist or Imaging Informatics Specialist will be considered (details on qualifications below).

Salary Range:

  • Associate Imaging Informatics Specialist: $70,532.80 - $96,990.40
  • Imaging Informatics Specialist: $76,523.20 - $105,237.60

Position Summary - Associate Imaging Informatics Specialist

The Associate Imaging Informatics Analyst is responsible for assisting with the design, implementation, validation, and support of multiple imaging applications (not limited to: Radiology PACS, Cardiology PACS, Voice Dictation, Advanced Post Processing, EKG, VNA, DICOM router) and related ancillary systems. The Associate Imaging Informatics Analyst works with Imaging Informatics Analysts to ensure the design, configuration, integration, and user experience of these imaging applications, meets business and clinical objectives. The Associate Imaging Informatics Analyst works with Imaging Informatics Analysts to consult with organizational clinicians, staff, and vendors of the imaging applications and assists with configuration, testing, problem identification, issue resolution, training, and on-going support of the assigned applications including new implementations and upgrades.

Position Qualifications

Education

  • Associate's degree in mathematics, computer science, information science or related field or, equivalent in education and/or experience is required

Experience

  • 3 years of experience working in IT or healthcare related field with an emphasis in systems analytics is required
  • Experience including design, integration, implementation, and support of a system is required

The Imaging Informatics Analyst consults with organizational clinicians, staff, and vendors of the imaging applications and is responsible for the configuration, testing, problem identification, issue resolution, training, and on-going support of the assigned applications including new implementations and upgrades.

Position Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, information science or a related field or equivalent in education and/or experience is required

Experience

  • 5 years of experience working in IT or healthcare related field with an emphasis in systems analytics is required
  • Experience including design, integration, implementation, and support of a system is required

Licensure/Certification

  • Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP) certification is preferred
