Rogue River Estates is a HUD-subsidized apartment community serving elderly (62+) and/or disabled residents. The property includes 94 apartments across 3 floors in a secure building with a central courtyard, large community meeting spaces, mini-lounges on each floor, and on-site resident services. Residents also enjoy a community garden and a fenced dog park. The community is located within walking distance of shopping, banking, and medical facilities.
HAJC is hiring a Property Manager II to manage the compliance and day-to-day property operations at Rogue River Estates. You'll be the primary point of coordination for leasing, resident file accuracy, and HUD program compliancewhile partnering with an onsite Property Attendant and a full maintenance team to keep operations running smoothly.
