Charting is performed via Epic and OASIS. There are no weekend or on-call requirements. Travelers may float between facilities within the state; refusing to float may impact assignment. Occasional travel up to 50+ miles may be required, with scheduling designed to minimize drive time. Local candidates within 50–75 miles are considered local and eligible at the same rate.Qualifications Minimum 1 year of skilled home health PT experience requiredOASIS experience requiredEpic EMR experience requiredBLS certification requiredActive PT license required (pending license accepted)Must have reliable personal transportationPrimary COVID-19 vaccination series plus one booster requiredAt least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting required for considerationSSN and DOB required for considerationLicense required if applicableDetails First-time travelers are not eligible for this positionFormer permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the submitting facilityRTO is minimal; a few days may be approved, but significant RTO requests may impact eligibilityAny scrub color is acceptableParking is freeMileage reimbursement is provided at the IRS standard rateAmerican Traveler Job ID #P-694475.
