A company is looking for a Carrier Operations Fraud Analyst who will manage and oversee the Special Investigations Unit program.Key Responsibilities:Lead fraud investigations and report referrals to regulatory bodiesManage annual SIU reporting requirements and collaborate with internal teams to detect fraudDevelop and maintain fraud-related workflows, documentation, and training programsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Criminal Justice, or related field preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in insurance operations, fraud investigation, or complianceStrong understanding of insurance operations, regulatory standards, and compliance requirementsExperience with state fraud reporting, audits, and fraud investigationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
