Do you enjoy staying active, working with people, and helping others feel safe and confident in the water? The City of Medford is seeking Seasonal Swim Instructor/ Lifeguards to support swim lessons, open swim, lap swim, and special events. This is a great opportunity for strong swimmers who are responsible, calm under pressure, and comfortable providing friendly, firm customer service in a busy aquatic environment. In this role, youll help teach swim skills, promote safety, respond to emergencies, support facility operations, and create a positive experience for swimmers of all ages. Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR certifications are preferred, but training may be provided for selected candidates. Scheduling Requirements: Monday through Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. or 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Weekends: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Applicants with limited availability may not be considered.
