NP/ PA Pediatric Hematology/ Oncology. The Pediatric Hematology/ Oncology Provider (NP/ PA) provides specialized, evidence-based care to pediatric patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions. As an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, the APP delivers care across inpatient, outpatient, and consultative settings, including the assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions and infusions. The provider manages medically complex patients, develops and implements treatment plans, orders and interprets diagnostic studies, and administers therapies such as chemotherapy, transfusions, and supportive care. This role works closely with OHSU Pediatric Hematology/ Oncology attending physicians, providing local care aligned with OHSU treatment recommendations.
