Develop technical documents within the engineering department to support multiple facets of the business. WHAT YOULL ACCOMPLISH Documentation Creation: Develop comprehensive and user-friendly documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, specifications, release notes, and troubleshooting documentation. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure the accuracy of technical content. Content Maintenance: Regularly update and revise existing documentation to reflect product updates, enhancements, and changes. Monitor feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in documentation.
