What Youll Do Customer Experience & Sales - Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop. - Help customers build head to toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must have add ons. - Drive sales by sharing knowledge of the products and helping customers find what theyll love. - Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so theyre ready to go and arrive on time. Store Ops & Execution - Help with daily store tasks like restocking, maintaining or upkeeping of fitting room, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized. - Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready. - Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product. - Handle all company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times.
