Lead and motivate core and seasonal Employment Center staff (up to 5 staff members) to maximize the productivity in a positive work environment. Provides cross training to staff to ensure a balanced distribution of work and flexibility to meet the seasonal employment needs of the company. Maintains Employment Center Lobby and Training Rooms on a year-round basis and oversees badging and drug screening process. Has responsibility for the Employment Center front desk and ensures exceptional customer service to internal/external customers and limiting each applicant's wait time.
