The Work Queue Monitor will support systems processes, training and operational performance. Oversee multiple work activities in operational processes to include, monitoring and managing the put away, picking, shipping and replenishment work queues. Displays extensive knowledge of SAP/ EWM related to the Work Queue. Accountable for extensive communication with operational Supervisors as workloads/priorities change so that resources can be effectively allocated and ensure customer service is not compromised. Serves as a supervisor within their specific area of responsibility for the shift.
