Take the lead in shaping the future of our Citys facilities. Were looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Facilities Division Superintendent to guide our team and ensure our buildings and properties are well-maintained, efficient, and safe. In this role, youll take the lead on: - Supporting and supervising a dedicated facilities team - Planning, prioritizing, and assigning daily work - Reviewing invoices and managing bid solicitations - Authorizing expenditures and overseeing project coordination - Preparing monthly reports and developing the Facilities Divisions recommended budget - Tracking spending and maintaining detailed maintenance records. Were seeking someone with strong skills in budgeting, personnel leadership, and project management, paired with solid expertise in facilities and property maintenance.
