Job Details

Work safely and effectively in a team environment. Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair. Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs or adjustments to improve operation. Assist with planning repair work using drawings, equipment manuals or field research. Perform precision repairs on mill equipment. Perform preventative maintenance inspections and activities (lubrication and preventative maintenance plans) on mill equipment and building systems as required to ensure reliability of the operation. Clean and assist with upkeep of the mill facility. Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills/ Abilities: Consistent and predictable attendance. Ability and willingness to cross-train into new jobs and skills. Ability to work in a manufacturing shift configuration (24/7)Ability to follow instructions and interpret drawings.
