Prestige Care - 3150 Juanipero Way - Responsibilities: Provides direct resident care while promoting resident dignity, independence and choice; Assists with or performs ADLs, takes vital signs and weights and accurately documents care services provided and observations on communication log and incident reports; Assists residents to and from dining room and activities; Performs First Aid and initiates emergency response procedures as required; Goes to dining room to serve meals, assists with tray delivery and dining room and kitchen cleanup
