Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Medford, Oregon. Active Oregon PT license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Outpatient experience preferred. Candidates with 0-3 years of relevant outpatient experience will be considered as Level 1; candidates with greater than 3 years of relevant outpatient experience preferred as Level 2. Facility will accept PTA candidates per policy; acceptance of new graduates and first-time travelers is permitted. Ability to float between clinic locations as needed. Traveler may split or be placed at different outpatient clinics within the region. Availability to work up to 40 hours per week. A 36-hour guarantee is provided. Any overtime must be approved by the director before OT hours are worked. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift Name: Days.
