We are seeking friendly, detail-oriented Customer Support/ Front Desk team members to help create a positive and seamless experience for guests. This role blends customer service with behind-the-scenes administrative support, including assisting customers in person, by phone, and online; helping with program registrations and facility reservations; processing refunds and transactions; and keeping customer information and reservation systems accurate and up to date.
