Moves labor, coordinates coverage, and responds to changing conditions. Provides direction to Crew Leaders and Team Leaders. Confirms standard work is followed and that issues are escalated appropriately. Maintains strong floor presence. Actively manages flow with focus on bottlenecks, WIP, labor balance, and overall efficiency. Leads first-level response for issues. Works with direct reports and supporting teams to respond and escalate, and supports root-cause thinking and supporting measures. Owns required daily/weekly administrative routines such as production tracking, accuracy/completion of inputs, documentation, ect.
