High volume employment processor! This is a SEASONAL HR position with room for growth opportunities. Ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service skills, high level of accuracy, and must maintain confidentiality.Duties include but are not limited to:* Screen and interview candidates* Scheduling* Data entry* Greet visitors* Cover the front reception counter* Provide excellent customer service* Assist with orientations* General administrative support in the Employment Center* Other duties as assigned* A High School Diploma or GED required.* Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.* Experience in interview techniques and high volume recruitment are preferred.* Strong Computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite.* Experience with ADP a plus.* Conflict resolution and de-escalation training highly desirable.* Must be extremely professional, possess a calm attitude, and be able to follow directions.* Accurate data entry/clerical skills with excellent attention to detail.* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.* Ability to engage and work cooperatively within a team environment.INDCH
