Requirements 3+ years managing commercialization projects or project teams. Proven experience in product development and commercialization, preferably in the food & beverage industry. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams. Exceptional communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
