Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment. Job Details: Specialty: Physical Therapist Home Health Shift: Days, 8 hours per day Schedule: Please note, the facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s shifts. Required Qualifications: BCLS certification; 1 year of skilled home health experience; valid license; reliable transportation; experience with electronic charting systems such as EPIC/Oasis. Preferred Qualifications: Home health experience preferred. Float: The traveler is expected to float between all facilities within a given state; refusal to float may result in termination or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. Additional Information: Traveler is expected to have their own transportation. The system groups clients efficiently, minimizing drive and windshield time, with occasional radii up to 50 miles. The facility requires primary series COVID vaccination plus one booster. Oasis charting system experience is mandatory.
