Industry leader in manufacturing equipment is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to support manufacturers across North America by providing advanced automation, process control, web guiding, tension control, and vision inspection solutions. Location: Central US, preferably Texas or Oklahoma (Remote)

Compensation: $65,000 base + Commission (guaranteed $110,000 in year 1)

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers to understand their operational needs and recommend solutions that improve productivity, quality, and efficiency. Rather than installing or servicing equipment, you will serve as a trusted advisor, conducting sales presentations, identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and coordinating with engineering and service teams to ensure customers receive the right solution for their applications.

Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to understand and discuss industrial automation, controls, sensors, vision systems, and related technologies. Experience reading technical drawings or working with industrial equipment is beneficial, but the primary focus of this role is consultative selling, account development, and customer relationship management. Extensive travel (up to 75%) is required to visit customer facilities and support business development efforts.
