Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and process orders efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues to find the best solutions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and track call types.
  • Maintain support service levels and uphold Luxottica's Customer Service standards.
  • Follow up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status, and stock availability.
  • Handle inbound phone calls for up to 90% of your assigned shift.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or call center environment.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and clear, professional communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure in difficult customer situations.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong PC skills, including MS Office; Word and Excel.
  • Ability to navigate information systems and the internet.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Higher education degree.
  • Previous experience using SAP.
  • Experience in the optical industry with knowledge of Luxottica's products.
  • Bilingual in French.
