Experience:

4 Years Required: Experience working with relational database management systems and Oracle PL/SQL.

4 Years Required: Experience providing technical documentation for the purpose of designing a Data Dictionary.

4 Years Required: Experience organizing and formatting technical documentation.

4 Years Required: Experience creating documentation that meets the standards set with the WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508.

4 Years Required: Skills with Microsoft Office tools- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.

4 Years Required: Experience creating workflows for the purpose of technical documentation.

1 Year Preferred: Experience reviewing existing technical documentation and providing recommendations for improvements.

1 Year Preferred: Experience providing training on all process documentation.

1 Year Preferred: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

1 Year Preferred: Ability to communicate in a technical environment.
