Job Details

We are seeking a Skilled Forklift Operators to join our team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift to transport , stack, and sort fruit bins on flatbed trailers or skids designed for straddle carrier in an outdoor environment. This position is working in an Orchard Environment. Positions will start in August.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• 6+ months of previous forklift experience preferred
• Able to stand, walk, twist and reach for entire shift (8-10 hours)
• Able to lift up to 50lbs on a consistent basis
• Able to stack full bins to 8 high and building loads for company trucks to pick up
• Requires working in cramped work spaces and getting into awkward positions
• Requires working in very hot (above 90 F degrees)
• Exposed to sounds and noise levels that maybe distracting
• Weekends and Overtime may be required
• Able to successfully complete pre-employment screening and training class
