High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required. Bachelor's Degree in therapeutic recreation, gerontology, health care, education, or other related field preferred. Leadership experience preferred.Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special RequirementsMust have a valid driver's license and may be required to obtain a commercial driver's license based on the needs of the community.Management/Decision MakingMakes standard and routine decisions based on detailed guidelines with use of independent judgment and discretion.
