When you join our team, you're not just starting a job—you're building a career with purpose.Qualifications Speak and understand English sufficient to read materials, communicate with customers and coworkers.Able to maintain the physical requirements of the working environment.Perform simple mathematical calculations.High school diploma and at least two years of recent retail supervisory or management experience (upward career moves from within the organization may be considered).Basic proficiency in Word, Outlook Mail, and Calendaring.Previous money and cash handling experience preferred.Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.Physical Requirements and Working Environment Medium physical demand level. While performing these duties, the employee is regularly required to sit and stand for prolonged periods, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear, walk and/or stand for up to 8 hours per day. They must regularly lift, carry, and/or move up to 20 pounds and up to 50 pounds occasionally; ability to push/pull and carry up to 30 pounds; kneel, stoop, and bend frequently. Occasional need to push heavy, wheeled carts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment with loads weighing up to 250 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision.
