In this role, you will contribute to maintaining a safe and secure environment for youth in our care and for staff. Rogue Valley is a 24/7 youth correctional facility housing individuals aged 12 to 24, with most residents in the 18–24 age range.As a GLC2, you will provide continuous interactive supervision of youth and ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and rules. Responsibilities include overseeing daily activities, building rapport, addressing and redirecting behavior, modeling pro-social skills, and supporting youth treatment goals.
