The Maintenance Mechanic II performs daily maintenance on food processing machinery, daily change overs, monthly preventative maintenance, repair, periodic service, fabrication, and problem analysis on complex specialized equipment, preventing down time. Able to follow direction verbal and written to perform tasks as directed by their lead mechanic.
