We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join the Pinnacle Mortgage Corp. team. As Sales Manager you will help grow and expand the Pinnacle brand into the Detroit MI market. In addition to managing their own book of business the Sales Manager will help the growth, operation and profitability of the assigned region. The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving loan production, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a culture of excellence and team collaboration. Originate Loan Application through referral sources
Facilitate on-going training sessions for Loan Officers and other branch personnel
Review score cards and production reports, identify areas for improvement to optimize business performance
Educate team on new loan programs, terms, and rates available, ensuring they make informed decisions to best serve their customers
Advise and assist Loan Officers on company policies and procedures as well as compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices
Maintain confidentiality and security of client information at all times, adhering to strict privacy policies
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and up-to-date guidance to your team
Participate in business development initiatives, networking events, and community endeavors to enhance visibility and generate new business prospects.
Must be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), authorized to conduct business in Michigan.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience developing and leading high-performance sales teams within the mortgage industry.
Strong understanding of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with mortgage origination software and tools preferred.
