The Outpatient Support Services II will answer telephones, route calls, take messages, provide general information, and answer routine questions. They will verify clients' insurance eligibility using MMIS system and additional insurance verifications systems as appropriate. The Outpatient Support Services II will schedule initial and ongoing therapy and psychiatric services appointments as well as complete daily appointment confirmation calls, outreach, and letter correspondence.--Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)--What You'll Make$21.00-$23.00 per hour DOE/Credentials.----Differentials:In addition to your base wage, CCS offers the following pay differentials, subject to position, program, and eligibility requirements:--Night Shift (NOC) Differential: Anadditional$3.00 per hour for hours worked between 10:00 PM and 8:30 AM, provided that at least 2.5 hours of your shift occur within this designated period.Secure Program Differential: An additional $2.00 per hour for all hours worked in an eligible CCS secure program.Bilingual Differential: Anadditional5% pay differential for employees who meet the qualifications of the CCS Language/Bilingual Program.--About the ProgramColumbiaCare Outpatient Services offers a team approach to care with a person-first lens. Every client that is referred to our program will receive an individualized experience and customized treatment plan to outline their behavioral health needs and will be offered to participate in Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) which utilizes the client's voice to enhance the collaborative process and guide care. ------ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program--What You'll NeedAssociate Degree in Business or related field is preferredTwo (2) years of experience in a medical or administrative office position is requiredMust--demonstrate strong customer service, organizational skills, a keen attention to detail and experience using electronic medical records.Bilingual--strongly preferred--Have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.----This position requires the ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability to occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20--pounds.--Per OAR 309-035-0135, Direct Care staff must be 18 or older at the time of hire.--We recognize that expertise can arise from diverse experiences.
