Job Summary:
The Tier 1 Warehouse Clerk is responsible for performing essential warehouse tasks, including the accurate selection and preparation of orders for shipment. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations while building strong attention to detail and teamwork skills. As a key part of the team, the Warehouse Clerk ensures that products are efficiently picked and ready for timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pull and prepare orders based on picking lists
• Ensure proper storage and organization of products in designated warehouse areas
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Maintain and update inventory records as required
• Meet daily performance targets, ensuring timely order completion and shipment readiness
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure a safe working environment
• Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality
• Report any discrepancies in order or product quality to Warehouse Lead or Manager
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Dependable and eager to develop new skills
