Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Medford, OR (97501)

Pay Range: $18 per hour

Shift: 7am-3:30pm Mon-Friday (possible OT)

What's the Job?

• Pulling orders and preparing them for shipment
• Moving products within the warehouse using a sit-down forklift
• Sweeping and cleaning the work area to maintain safety and organization
• Loading and unloading trucks and customer vehicles
• Interacting directly with customers to ensure smooth operations

What's Needed?

• 6 months to 1 year of sit-down forklift experience
• Dependability with excellent attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and pulling
• Experience in warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management (preferred)
• Quick learner with product knowledge or the ability to acquire it rapidly
