Cable One, operating as Sparklight, is seeking a Service Delivery Fulfillment Specialist I to coordinate and process customer orders for internet, TV, and phone services. You will validate serviceability, enter and track orders in our provisioning and billing systems, schedule installations, and ensure accurate, on-time service activation. Partnering closely with field technicians, sales, and customer care, you'll resolve order issues, communicate status updates, and help meet service level targets.
