Asante is seeking a Patient Safety Monitor to help provide a safe environment for patients through bedside and on-site telehealth observation. You will support the care team by monitoring activities and promptly communicating safety concerns.Required: customer service experience and BLS certification; Crisis Intervention and Safe Patient Handling courses must be completed within 30 days of hire.
