As a Dispatch Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless delivery experience by coordinating between customers, fulfillment centers, and internal teams. If you're highly organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Location: Medford, OR (on-site)

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

Compensation Range: $19.25-28.85/hr, with a typical starting pay of $22.00/hr. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate vehicle deliveries between customers and Driveway fulfillment locations, including stores, hubs, and operations teams.
• Schedule and manage delivery appointments through CRM, scheduling, and transportation systems.
• Serve as a key point of contact, proactively communicating delivery updates and timelines.
• Ensure vehicles are ready for delivery by partnering with fulfillment and selling locations.
• Follow up after delivery to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Escalate and help resolve customer concerns by partnering with the appropriate teams.

What You'll Bring

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Customer service, logistics, dispatch, coordination, or online retail experience is a plus.
• A team-first attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
