Drives consistent scheduling practices that support operational performance and growth. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; experience may be considered in lieu of degree. 3+ years of workforce management or scheduling experience in multi-site environment. 5+ years of healthcare experience with scheduling in a medical environment. Own execution and improvement of workforce forecasting processes and disseminating forecasts. Develop processes for market schedulers to adhere to schedule templates and staff to model. Create and distribute monthly reports on scheduling compliance and staffing to model.
