This position supports K–12 students with orthopedic impairments and other disabilities. Position Details Location: Medford / Jackson County, OR Setting: School-Based, Orthopedic Impairment Program Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday Start Date: ASAP Duration: Through the 2026–2027 School Year Pay: $50–$60 per hour Work Arrangement: In-Person Responsibilities Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K–12 students. Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Develop and implement IEP goals to improve student independence and access to learning. Recommend adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and classroom accommodations. Collaborate with COTAs, teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Maintain documentation, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings. Qualifications Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Pediatric or school-based experience preferred. Experience supporting students with disabilities or high needs preferred.
