Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services, supporting patients and their families through the healthcare process.

Position Details

Floating Position: Yes, the position may float between units.

Weekend Requirements: Some weekends may be required as needed.

On-call Requirement: No on-call duty required.

Expected Patient Ratios: 1:15.

Job Responsibilities

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting psychosocial assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Providing individual and group therapy to patients.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Facilitating support groups and community resources for patients.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Must possess a valid LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in electronic charting systems, preferably Epic.

Work Environment

This is a short-term acute care facility with a total of 108 staff beds. The work schedule for this position will be day shifts, five times a week, for 8-hour shifts from 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM. Scrubs are provided for those in critical care, ED, PACU, and Maternal Child areas, while case managers are expected to dress in business casual attire.
