What the position offers:
- *NO WEEKENDS
- *$15+ base hourly wage

- *Current Schedule is 1:00pm - 9:00pm

General responsibilities include:
- *Schedule appointments in the field with homeowners for roofing, siding, windows, and bathrooms estimates
- *Train and motivate canvassing team to exceed expectations by helping them hit their bonuses
- *Coordinate and execute logistical operations of canvassing initiatives including supervision, recruiting and scheduling
- *Ensure team hits lead generation goals to support outside sales division
- *Ongoing department meetings and training
- *Provide working knowledge of eco-friendly, American made products and its benefits to consumers and new/existing canvassers
- *Maintain company values and a quality presentation for lead generation
- *Ensure all canvassing initiatives are executed in accordance with the assigned schedule
Experience & Qualifications:
- * 1-year management experience
- * Excellent interpersonal skills
- * Excellent verbal and written skills
- * 2 years canvassing or door to door sales experience preferred
- * Valid driver's license and clean driving record
