Full time medical billing specialist needed for busy orthopedic office. We are seeking a full time "experienced medical billing specialist".

Responsibilities: · A/R follow up, Patient Account Collections, Research Billing Issues and appeals, Maintain Workques assigned to you, full Understanding of EOB’s and how to read them. and answer phones/questions related to billing questions. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have knowledge of CPT, HCPC, ICD-10, modifier usage, insurance plan knowledge, authorizations, and appealing denied claims.
• Experience in medical billing (must have no less than 1 year).
• EPIC Computer/MyChart - Preferred
• Detailed Oriented, Multitask, Phones
• Full Understanding of Insurance and their websites
• Must have good organizational skills, patient communication skills and be a team player.
